Mindfulness for working with challenging emotions: an offering to work with what scares and challenges us

Being mindful is basically the practice of being present. But how are we to stay present when things get tough—and why would we want to? During this workshop, these and other questions about working with challenging emotions will be addressed—and explored experientially through actual mind-body practices.

What to Expect

Whole and small group mind-body practices. Brief sharing is welcome. 

What to Do

Show up 5-10 minutes early to settle in. Come in comfortable clothes, with a willingness to practice for yourself,
the others in our group, and maybe even all beings. 


This program is offered at no charge, although voluntary donations to support the work are needed, welcome, and appreciated.
No meditation experience necessary.
